Why have we redesigned the site?

Digital Direct is approaching nearly 10 years of business and we felt that the time was right to look at revamping the overall look and feel of our site. To be honest the old site design was looking a little dated and could benefit greatly from a complete makeover.

Why this design?

This design was chosen from extensive research and development within our marketing department and interaction with our most important users, our customers.

Through rigorous testing and development we were able to piece together a site that we feel meets the needs of our customers. We feel that our main design objectives have been achieved, the design is more aesthetically pleasing to the eye as well as being more user friendly to navigate around.

What’s new?

The design includes many of the favourite features that were evident in the previous site. One of the main improvements that we wanted to achieve was to make the site more user friendly to navigate around. We feel that this new design provides information more clearly and quickly.

We have tried to reinforce our commitment to making your shopping experience as secure and enjoyable as possible by adding prominent banners and graphics relating to customer security concerns that you may have.

We have dedicated more space for using banners to get across some of your concerns with things like the digital switchover and general technology issues. There is also an increase in the number of banner promotions throughout the site; this has enabled us to inform you the customer of even more fantastic offers.

Will there be any further changes to the site?

The main design layout will stay for the foreseeable future. However, as we're always responding to customer needs, there will be a few tweaks and improvements here and there based on your feedback.
