Digital Direct offers fast, efficient delivery on all products ordered through our website.
Large Item Delivery
On all large television orders - LCD televisions (over 35kg, typically 42" or above), and all plasma screens, we specify that once the sale details and any outstanding financial paperwork have been processed, we aim to deliver within 10-14 working days. If you have not heard from our couriers within 5 working days from your paperwork being processed, please ring the number below to enquire about your delivery. Lines are open Monday-Friday 9am-6pm.

Other Delivery
For all other orders, please expect delivery to take between 3 and 7 working days (depending on the size of your product) from the date that your order was processed.
Common Queries
What delivery company will Digital Direct use for my order?
Either VBA Logistics, Initial City Link or Royal Mail. See our Delivery Partners page for information on how this is decided.
Can I have items delivered to a different address to my card billing address?
No. For security reasons we only send items to the address your card is registered to. If you pay by cheque, this does not apply.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
No. We only send products to mainland UK addresses.
Do you deliver to all parts of the UK?
This depends on the item. Some larger items cannot be delivered to extreme areas such as the Highlands. You will usually be informed if this is the case after you have entered your postcode.
